About this event

This session will provide an overview of homelessness in Wales in relation to Health legislation and Primary Care Services. Individuals who have experienced homelessness often suffer from worse health outcomes than the general population, yet they encounter avoidable and unfair obstacles in obtaining healthcare and support. This webinar will bring together speakers to share insight and best practices in addressing the needs of the homeless.
