Anxiety in Young People: Understanding Theory and Practical Solutions

Mental health amongst young people was rising pre-pandemic and during lockdown and subsequently most young people and adults experience some form of anxiety. This course will increase awareness and understanding of anxiety and help to gain practical solutions to support young people.
