Employers—Healthy Working Wales (HWW) wants to know your workplace health and wellbeing concerns and how they can help.

The 2023 Employer Survey is designed for employers with staff in Wales. It is the third in a series of HWW surveys which allow them to track factors that impact the health of employees and their organisations. In this latest one, they are taking a deep dive into how they can support employers to manage sickness absence and keep people with health conditions in work. The previous surveys were carried out in 2019 and 2021.

The survey’s success depends on the willingness of employers to take part. The more responses HWW get, the better their data, and the better they can ultimately support businesses and their staff. Completing the survey takes about 10 minutes.

The 2023 Employer Survey will close at midnight on Sunday, 19 March 2023.
