Brain Health and Dementia Risk Reduction

There is limited public awareness of the risk factors that contribute to dementia, despite growing evidence that around 45% of cases are linked to modifiable factors such as hearing loss, smoking, inactivity, and cardiovascular health. This e-bulletin includes a range of projects and initiatives which focus on prevention and help limit the risk factors that can contribute to dementia.
