Webinar Series: 15-minute neighbourhoods, health equity-informed planning and active travel

This webinar series will feature case studies of strategies used by public health organizations to advance climate action, population health and health equity in their communities. This first webinar will showcase the collaboration with the Ottawa’s planning department to incorporate 15-minute neighbourhoods into Ottawa’s Official Plan, describe how health equity-informed planning was developed and applied to operations in Niagara Region; and will identify the best practices used to improve active travel for under-serviced groups in rural and remote communities in BC.
